Please note that a disclosure fee may be charged in accordance with procedures separately established by us.
- If a customer requests (1) the correction of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information on the grounds that the information is not accurate, or (2) the suspension of the use of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously disclosed purposes of use, or that it was obtained by fraudulent or other unlawful means,after verifying that the request is from the customer themselves, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay; based on the results, we will correct the personal information or suspend its use, and notify the customer accordingly.
- If a customer requests the deletion of their personal information, we will delete such information without delay—after verifying that the request is from the customer themselves—and notify the customer accordingly, provided that we determine it is necessary to comply with the request.

- Details of the request, background, and supporting documentation

We may not be able to comply with requests under Paragraphs 1 and 2 if any of the following conditions apply. In such cases, we will notify the customer accordingly and explain the reasons.
- Where there is a risk of harm to the life, physical safety, property, or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party
- Where there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper conduct of our business
- Where compliance would violate laws or regulations
- Where we cannot verify that the request is from the customer themselves
